Did not inflate tyres to correct pressures should never have been left to me because I'm 81 years old and not very good health wise. Bad on my feet beside other things. They should have been checked anyway this caused me a lot of anxiety.

When picking up car at bmw on Saturday they did what they could on the day knew there was still a problem as came out with me to set up but did advise me to speak to mini which I left numerous text messages to the manager Will.

I chose to wait at the service area whilst my service was taking place as it was explained to me that it would be a much lengthier wait for a courtesy car. My screenwash was empty and I’d expected that this would have been topped up. It wasn’t.
