I felt that the service was way above any other car dealership ive purchased from.
Did not inflate tyres to correct pressures should never have been left to me because I'm 81 years old and not very good health wise. Bad on my feet beside other things. They should have been checked anyway this caused me a lot of anxiety.

I went to pick up my car to find a nail had been discovered in one of the tytes which needed replacing. I wasnt told about this before

When picking up car at bmw on Saturday they did what they could on the day knew there was still a problem as came out with me to set up but did advise me to speak to mini which I left numerous text messages to the manager Will.
Video inspection ,new innovative to me and very helpful.Service carried out to time frame and vehicle returned washed and internally cleaned

I chose to wait at the service area whilst my service was taking place as it was explained to me that it would be a much lengthier wait for a courtesy car. My screenwash was empty and Id expected that this would have been topped up. It wasnt.
I hadn't been until changeover day.We arrived early but no problem as we were made welcome and given tea. Joshua went thru all the documentation without fuss and explained everything clearly.He then showed us the controls of the car in great detail.

I dont think it is fair on the dealerships to base this score solely on their performance as Mini UK are more to blame for the issues that arise leading to the vehicle ending up in the dealership in the first place.
