Wonderful staff and customer service at Mini Warrington. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and happy to assist with any queries. Dane Shepherd who I dealt with from my initial visit to the centre did a great job of helping me find the perfect car.

The team who booked my car in were great - very efficient - think they could benefit from having two people first thing in a morning there were at least 4 people waiting. The courtesy car was filthy - I reported it and the response was v good

Staff all very friendly and it was a nice environment to sit and wait at BMW whilst the service took place. Service was professional & useful & helpful information provided during health check & once service completed. The video was helpful too.

Dane had lots of patience going through various finance options/deals. Handover was fab! Have bought new cars in the past however the mini experience was the best! The surprise of revealing my car to my favourite song under disco lights - brilliant!

The whole process was a nightmare— took it to Chester branch and everything was sorted .. I had an engine light, to which Mini Warrington 'topped up the oil' ... then cleared the ENGINE light ... it came back on the day after I got the car back- poor

Was satisfied with the service but since then have had a problem with dashboard warning light telling me that the battery is discharging whilst stationary. I don't leave anything switched on in the car so cannot understand this.

Really unhappy with the petrol in courtesy car tank. I arrived at 8am as I had a meeting to get to. When I got in the courtesy car it had 0 miles to get to a petrol station. dont expect free petrol but at least full tank and return full. Really poor.

The Mini Sales Executive, Nick Jolly, who helped me right from the start was excellent. The presentation of the car when I went to collect it was a special surprise! There is a lot to learn about the extras, but l can call back in to the centre.
