Lovely service from before buying my mini and the after care. Really lovely service from Katie, had issues with a previous car dealer and she was really understanding and made me feel comfortable buying any other car.
James was excellent and Lisa explained everything well
The service book and the invoice did not give consistent information, in fact the information was conflicting.
A video showing me what you did with my car and the sound advice from the mechanic is what impressed me most.

My water reservoir was blocked and i had to pay 80 to get it cleaned despite only ever having put water in it. I know another mini owner who had similar issues. It must be a design flaw.

Poor communication.Returning vehicle after job completed and rattle now present.Turned up for appointment and then told full details of transport to own workplace and not practical for me.
Very good all round - the drop in stars was you tried to sell me an oil change twice and your systems didnt flag at service that I had already had it done 2 months earlier at mot.
