When I previously bought a used mini I also received a really nice gift box with a toy mini, camera etc. I thought that was a realy nice touch However, this time I bought a brand nwe car and got nothing Not an issue but it would have been nice

not happy that parts not in stock for the work required,car was not cleaned very well when picked up, did not get call back as promised.

I would have given a 5 but there was no fuel in the courtesy car - the two warning lights were on and I was afraid I'd run out of petrol before I could re-fuel. Mel is always very helpful.

Well, took my car from Manchester to Warrington for MOT. 3 days later after MOT a service light came up and I have to drive all the way back because someone forgot to turn the light off.

Returned with oil stains on roof lining and drivers sun visor this has been brought to the dealer¿s attention and it has now been cleaned.

The valet was not very good and there was no courtesy car even though we have theTLC package. The wait for a courtesy car was three weeks. I found this a little too long to wait.

3 litres of oil advised needed on the vehicle and new windscreen were advised . a warning was put on thevehicle because the oil was not added .they wanted to charge £100.00

On returning my car to Halliwell Jones because it was recalled for a fault to be dealt with I was very pleased with the service I received. I was offered a lift to a nearby shopping mall and the work on my car was completed very quickly.

New tyre fitted following a puncture. The dealership did not offer to replace the emergency foam device. Hence a return trip had to be made to replace the above.
