Based on the recent experience, not very satisfied. 1. The car has been into Halliwell Jones on 3 occasions to fix a metallic noise problem. The last time it was in, the car was not even looked at. The car will go in for a 4th time on 8th Nov.
Not one thing was too much for the warrington team to make our experience and the gaining of our sale too much trouble. Neil and Marcus especially enhanced our buying experience and replied to any query very promptly.
I've dealt with Halliwell Jones for all my Countryman purchases and staff have always been helpful ad courteous.

Was told to arrive at 8am told it would be one of first cars seen. I was stuck in Warrington and my car was only ready at 16:30. Breaks are shocking don't last two years on the back very poor and unsatisfactory.
From start to finish everything went ahead without a hitch
Service was good and quick response from my call but the finish on the job done is not good and needs fixing. I left a message and still mean to follow up.

Check-in took almost 40 minutes. No contact from garage about status. Had to call myself which took about 30 minutes to get through and then no information, except that it was still in the service bay. Took 3 days instead of 1 day to complete.

Also, I was not told how much the front brake pads were going to be when called about needing to replace them and was then horrified when I came to pick up the car and was given the bill.
early drop off of car assisted by very helpful staff. Would have given 5 stars, however when asking for advice on updating SatNav was unfortunately misled, and will now have to leave car for another full day at another time.

On arrival nobody comes to speak with you. My husband stood around a good 5 minutes before someone spoke to him. Staff were ignorant
Minor point but when I went to enquire at desk I was kept waiting by service agent whilst he completed typing. This would have been OK if he had just acknowledged me and said he would be with me soon but he didn't.
Arrived at mini to paper poster directing me bmw service desk due to staff holidays. Arrived at bmw, and was directed to join the check in queue around the corner - behind 10 others. After 20min wait, was told I could've checked in electronically.
Only had one service done everything went smoothly
Very happy with everything done except we had one problem after the navigation had been updated where the navigation just said starting for around 2 hours but never actually did. Hasn't done since though.
Work started and completed on time. No courtesy car available which was unfortunate, but waiting area was clean, comfortable with drinks available.

The service was completed on my car quickly and I was sent a video of the walking me around the car. I also had my car back before the time I said I needed it for.

The car was with them for 3 days all they did was clear the fault memory used half a tank of fuel and give it back to us

The main issue was not resolved
having previously booked in for a service/mot i was told that i could not have the service because my car still registered in the green but i was not told this when i booked in even though my key fob was used in the booking.
Booked the while you wait service- had poor customer experience here in the past but pleasantly surprised this time.
