A seamless process from start to finish, especially from Josh who was the sales agent handling my order. The car was a Xmas gift and josh helped keep things under wraps.

Recommendations following service were inaccurate. You told me that the car had a slow puncture and that you would have replaced it if you had one in stock. The short answer is it just needed air.. which i would expect to be part of a service.

Everything was addressed as requested and with very good service. The only reason for less than complete satisfaction is that we do live close to the dealer and there was no collection/delivery service.

I was shocked about what had happened with my Mini, however Andrew reassured me that it would be ok. He also sorted a courtesy car out at short notice which i couldnt have done without
Very poor , wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of my new mini . Also I ordered the up graded steroid system which the factory forgot to fit , so all in all felt very let down as this is my 4th mini .

I had to wait all day for teh car to be serviced (No 2 hr slot) Car should have been vaccummed and clean and had only been given a light wash (Wheels still filthy) Updates throughout the day were very limited Car should have been finished for max

Great service but rear fog light warning sign has re appeared 2 days after service. They said bulb didn't need replacing so I presume it's a fault on system

The whole process was easy to arrange and completed very professionally.
My visit was for a puncture. I rang up in the morning and a new tyre was ready in the afternoon; it was fitted as I waited.
