Delivery was quicker than expected. Mini centre staff were exceptional.

Even though my new car had some early issues, they managed to sort them the following day, explaining how the vehicle needed to update once driven.

Megan made the whole process easy. It was a shame that the system was slow during the last stages of the purchase but Megan worked hard to make sure I was able to pick the car up at a convenient time.

Service was done fine. See the other two items described above (simple wire removal and warranty coverage). Also, raised the request to unplug the wires on the webform... Customer services didnt have it. Why have a space on the form if no one looks?
