Great comms and everything was done that was promised. There were some scratches on the dashboard and Lucy made it a priority to get it sorted as soon as possible - which it has been and we're delighted.

I was told by another garage that my car needed work doing on it. HJW checked it and advised me of the issue's honestly without trying to disingenuously up sell.

The only problem was that the service took longer than expected but we were warned in advance that this may happen. We were provided with a curtesy car until the work was complete so that was ok. The person on reception was very helpful.
