our new mini is a 2 litre model we asked for a 1.5. It has fake leather seats we asked for cloth upholstered seats in black. We also asked for silver trim and we got gold. Didn't hear anything after the delivery date wad up so had to chase up.

I booked a 2 hour sit & wait appointment for my MOT, but was informed on the day that this was changed to an all day appointment. My car was also last to be completed by the service team and had an issue with washer fluid which was never resolved.

Felt a little let down initially when the garage said it had been sorted, picked it up drove a mile and the issue happened again. Took a photo so they could see then they changed the part, which is what mini assist said in the first place to do.
