Everything about the purchase was excellent I was made to feel very special I was listened to & my needs were met it was a lovely experience & the follow up calls after delivery to check all is ok are a nice touch too

Everything was great in terms of the sales staff and dealership however the car had to go back for scratch and imperfection repairs. The way Matthew helped when these became present and persisted was great and showed he wanted to resolve the issues.

Able to book the car in on a date and time suitable to me. Welcoming reception area. Amy Hedges was very pleasant, explained re the service, estimated time to collect the car, discussed the paperwork etc. Offered a drink.
