Had to wait about 10 mins to be seen because there was only one person dealing with servicing, in that time 5 MINI staff walked past me and not one asked me if I was being attented to. Car was not washed despite me asking for it to be done so.

Was told it would only take a couple of hours as it was a break service and MOT Dropped it off at 8.30am Went back at 1.30pm but had to wait until 3.30pm then i took it without it being cleaned.

It was average service. It takes a long time to get the car seen to, then repairs take a long time. It took a day to get anyone to answer the phone, then 2 days until the car was looked at in the workshop.
