Exceptional customer service from start to finish from my sales advisor Daryl. I was kept updated throughout the process and everything was explained to me extremely well from the sales side and then demonstrating all the features on my new vehicle.

The Sales exec Megan was fantastic from start to finish and scores a minimum 10 out of 10 . Not accepting weekend handovers meant i had to take a holiday day as I dont work in the north west which was far from ideal , So Halliwel Jones 6 out of 10

Communication from the sales team after ordering our new car up until the handover I personally considered to be poor. I only received updates regarding our order when I contacted the dealership, on one occasion the update received was incorrect.

Booking in/reception excellent. Service carried out and car washed and valeted in specified time. Interaction with advisor regarding issues picked up on vehicle check was very disappointing and I was left with little confidence. Please see below.

It was very disappointing to get a call at 4.47 saying there was a problem with a tyre which couldn't be changed until the following day when I needed my car. I had dropped car off around 9am. Can't believe a dealership doesn't have tyres in stock.

Receptionist was exceptional I had issues with my car registration as it had previously had a personal number plate and there was no record of mot on dvla website and she (sorry forgot her name) sorted everything - nothing was too much trouble

Everyone was lovely from the receptionist to the mechanic . I was kept well informed throughout the day as to how the service was progressing. The only reason I gave four stars was that the service was expensive.

Your service reception staff (particularly Shelly) were friendly and professional which meant that it was a pleasure to visit the centre. There was one small issue with the car on collection, but that was quickly resolved with the minimum of fuss.

A very helpful lady who helped sort out an appointment at short notice after the online booking system postponed two booking attempts. Online check-in very simple, work+ wash+check video all good and completed quickly. Etc.

Shelley was a pleasure to deal with. I had accepted the offer of a complimentary car wash, however this didn't happen. The narrator of the Vehicle Health Check was almost impossible to understand.

I was very grateful that MINI paid for my taxi home (2.5 hours away) and sorted the hire car. However I was disappointed to be charged £125 despite my car being under warranty and I was advised by roadside assistance to take my car there.

The service has been shocking this time round if I'm honest. My car went in on Monday and I've yet to hear the outcome. I had to phone Enterprise to chase up my hire car whilst I stood on the Mini forecourt at 6pm when the dealership was closing!

I feel I have been let down by Mini. The care I received in the service centre from Shelly when booking and collecting my vehicle was great. But overall, I have my concerns which outweigh the customer service I was shown.

The whole process was a breeze - all due to Matt Ortyl. He kept me in the loop but didn't pester unnecessarily, he walked me through all the technical aspects of using the Mini app, and he was great at explaining how the car actually worked.
